Fountain Hill Towers was a new 75-unit apartment development of elderly housing in an eight-story steel-framed structure of 60,000 sq.ft. including the design of meeting and activity rooms, a senior citizens center, laundry, social meeting rooms and various support office areas.

Nazareth Elderly Housing - Nazareth, Pennsylvania (PA)
Architectural development of a new low-rise elderly apartment was constructed in the historic community of Nazareth. Seventy-five one-bedroom apartments, a senior citizens center, meeting rooms and faculty as well as county satellite offices were constructed, serving the elderly and handicapped of the community. Work included full professional services for planning and project construction.

Prince Street Towers - Lancaster, Pennsylvania (PA)
This project involved a 200-unit one-bedroom elderly housing facility constructed in the downtown area of historic Lancaster. This new 13-story multi-family housing facility was designed for elderly/handicapped citizens as a part of the first stage of a larger multi-family housing program.
