Centre Park Apartments - Reading, Pennsylvania (PA)
Major restoration/renovation involving three existing residential buildings located in a certified historic area of Reading. The buildings are four stories in height and the final project included 50 residential units of different sizes, provisions for elevators in each building and renovated garage facilities. Our services also included historic documentation and certification in addition to our normal services. The complex is a historic landmark as identified by the Federal and State Historical Commissions.

Victorian Court 1 - Atlantic City, New Jersey (NJ)
This project involved the creation of a 15-unit townhouse development. It was privately developed and is subsidized. Built as a result of the casino tax incentives in New Jersey, each unit was designed to be an upscale three-bedroom complete housing unit based on a moderate-scale planned unit development.
