Heartland of Marion - Marion, Ohio, (OH)

Heartland of Marion is a new one-story skilled nursing facility providing care and services to 120 residents. This nursing and rehabilitation center is built on a five-acre pastoral site with lawn and exterior courtyards. The architectural work is residential in character, reflecting the sense of serving the needs of the residents and surrounding neighborhood. It provides state-of-the-art facilities for physical and occupational therapy to meet all of the residents' needs. A combination of private and semi-private resident rooms, lounges, activity and dining areas were included in the design. The special needs of Dementia/Alzheimer's patients are met with a special 37-bed resident area with independent lounge, acitivty and dining areas.


Leader Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - Carlisle, Pennsylvania (PA)

THP's architectural development in Carlisle also included coordination of interior design for the new 52,000 sq. ft.120-bed skilled care nursing facility and 30-bed Alzheimer facility.


Leader Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania (PA)

This new 120-bed skilled nursing facility is two stories in size and was contracted using materials in a residential scale. A building of 50,000 sq.ft., it provides full nursing care for the community in a series of private and semi-private patient rooms, nursing care and service areas.


ManorCare Nursing Home - Monroeville, Pennsylvania (PA)

A new 120-bed skilled nursing facility of 53,000 sq.ft. including a separate 30-bed Alzheimer's component was constructed to meet the needs of this suburban Pittsburgh community. All patient rooms are semi-private or single rooms with separate dining, activity and therapy areas for the standard skilled patients as well as the Alzheimer patients.


The Good Shepherd Home - Allentown, Pennsylvania (PA)

Designed for the physically handicapped and mentally retarded, this project is a 90-bed skilled nursing facility. Our design included new central kitchen facilities and major physical therapy and occupational therapy areas as well as areas for administration, nursing, waiting rooms, medical supply, conference/briefing/training rooms, medical equipment, storage/repair, physician office/examination rooms, pharmacy, laboratory and holding rooms. An all-weather skyway hovering a busy street connects the new building to an original complex and fresh-air courts were added for resident relaxation. A comprehensive interior design (CID) package was also prepared.
